California Home Makeover

California Home Makeover

The iNSPIRE Q Design Team is at it again and this time, we're redesigning a home in Fremont, California! Our team of designers, videographers, photographers, and directors worked especially hard on renovating this 3800 sq. ft. home south of San Francisco. Not only is the home stacked entirely of our exclusive furniture, but we also refreshed the paint, flooring, and added other cosmetic details to give this sunny home a face lift!

The four bedroom, four bath home has a unique layout. So when it came time for our team to redesign, it certainly was no easy task. The home has many unconventional spaces and step-down living rooms. Consequently, the team wanted to draw all the spaces together without making the space too choppy. Meanwhile, we used a casual, transitional design throughout.

I think we executed it! What do you think? See for yourself!

This image shows the exterior of the home we renovated. It shows a modest, yellow, two story home with a three-car garage and solar panels on the roof.

Entryway & Formal Living Room:

This image is the beginning of our California home makeover. We see a black metal, faux leather-upholstered bench in the entryway. In the background is an open front door.
This image shows the renovated formal living room. We have our Modern Sofa and Loveseat in white linen upholstery, grey linen cocktail ottoman with espresso shelf underneath, grey and white linen sloped arm accent chairs, espresso campaign accent tables, and wood and metal TV stand and bookcases.
In another angle of our formal living room, we see our antique black scroll sofa table, decorated with various pieces of décor. Next to the table is one of the grey and white linen upholstered sloped arm accent chairs.
This is a different angle of our formal living room, where you can see the different décor on the various pieces of furniture. A throw blanket draped over the modern white linen loveseat, some books on the grey linen dimple tufted cocktail ottoman, etc.
This image shows a wider view from the front door of our California home makeover. To the left is the formal living room, behind a half wall from there is the formal dining room in the background.

This is a "before" image of our California home makeover, before we renovated the room. It shows an empty space with hardwood floors, sandy colored walls, and some pendant lights hanging from the ceiling.

Dining Room After:

This is the "after" image of the dining room of our California home makeover. This is a wide view of the formal dining room so it features a two-tone trestle base wood dining table with an oak top and antique white finish. Around the dining table are six dining chairs, all upholstered with beige linen with bronze nailhead trims. Behind the dining table is a large china cabinet. Off to the other side of the dining room is a two-tone buffet server with an oak top and antique white finish base, decorated with two table lamps and some farmhouse-themed décor.
This is a closeup shot of our two-tone trestle base wood dining table. It highlights the wood grain finish of the oak top and the distressed finish of the antique white base. There are six table settings, each with a beige linen upholstered dining chair.

This is another "before" image of our California home makeover. It is of the casual living room in the back of the house. It is an empty room, with white tiled floor, brown painted walls, and an old brick fireplace.
