We only ship to the lower U.S. 48 states. We offer standard free shipping every day on U.S. orders when shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO, and International orders. Most standard orders ship out of our warehouse within 2-3 business days, and LTL (Truck Ship) orders for up to 10 business days. Our custom products are hand-made to order from raw materials here at our factory in Illinois and the standard lead time from order placement to shipment is 4 weeks. The delivery timeframe depends on carriers and their holiday schedules. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any major mail carriers, including UPS and LTL Freight Service. At this time, we cannot provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Pre-Assembly
Our products ship unassembled. Assembly is easy and requires common household tools if the necessary tools have not been provided with the hardware.
Before starting, inventory all hardware as stated on the assembly instructions, and carefully read the instructions to familiarize yourself with all parts and processes before beginning assembly.
If you are missing any parts or hardware, please contact our customer service team for assistance with your purchase (please have your purchase order number available).
Use Instructions
Our products are carefully designed for personal use only. Any commercial use of the product must be approved before purchase and may be subject to termination in warranty.
Care Instructions
General Care
Never drag furniture! Dragging furniture can cause damage to both the product and your floors. When moving your furniture, carefully lift the product with at least one other person.
Use protectors or felt pads on furniture legs to protect your hardwood floors. This will help reduce indentation. Choose wider ones for larger, heavier items.
Clean spills immediately. Blot - do not rub - all spills using a clean, white, dry cloth (preferably cotton).
Do not expose your furniture to strong sunlight, which can cause discoloration, or extreme heat, cold, or humidity, which can cause furniture to swell or warp.
Do not raise your furniture with leg risers. Rising your furniture may cause your furniture to slip off, be off-balance, miss supports, skid, and tip over.
Upholstery
Regularly flip, rotate, and fluff removable cushions to ensure even wear and increase the seating's longevity.
Removable cushion covers should be cleaned the same way as the product's body to ensure even coloration.
Vacuum regularly to remove dust. While difficult to see, dust can soil and abrade the upholstery.
To clean, immediately blot spills with a clean, white, dry cloth (preferably cotton). Remove as much of the spill as possible. Blot with a mild soap and water solution, then blot to remove any remaining moisture.
Wood
Protect surfaces from moisture with coasters, tablecloths, and the like whenever in use. If moisture does touch the surface, wipe immediately with a soft, dry cloth.
Protect surfaces from scratches by avoiding dragging items and using felt pads, coasters, placemats, and the like whenever possible.
Rotate product if possible, to allow for even wear and exposure of surface.
Dust regularly with a white, dry cloth. If the top is grooved, make sure all moisture is removed to prevent damage.
Zinc
Zinc is a natural mineral that is anti-fungal and antibacterial. Zinc is non-porous, so all tarnish spots are only on the surface level and can be removed by polishing or buffing. Simple everyday cleaning can be done with a sponge or soft towel and non-acidic dish soap. If a cleaner contains citric acid, ammonia, or other harsh chemicals, it may cause unwanted aging or spot on the zinc. Occasionally using the abrasive side of the sponge can help remove built-up oxidation that forms naturally on the zinc over time. Zinc is a reactive metal; therefore, it is important to remember that it can be clean and still have spots on it.
